This Refund & Payment Policy (“Policy”) explains how payments, subscriptions, and refunds work on the EXPO Platform. By using EXPO, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Payment Processing

  • All payments on EXPO Exchange are securely processed through Square, our third-party payment provider.

  • You may use a valid debit card, credit card, or other payment method accepted by Square.

  • By completing a purchase, you authorize EXPO Exchange and Square to process the transaction.

  • EXPO Exchange does not store or manage full payment details; these are securely handled by Square.

2. Subscription Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected).

  • By subscribing, you agree to automatic renewal unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

  • Failure to complete a payment may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to paid features.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are granted only for subscription plans that are canceled within 7 days of purchase, provided the plan has not been extensively used (e.g., excessive listing creation or premium feature usage).

  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method via Square. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • No refunds are available for partially used subscription periods, expired plans, or add-on features.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan features until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

5. Disputed Payments (Chargebacks)

  • If a payment is disputed, EXPO Exchange reserves the right to suspend or terminate the associated account until the matter is resolved.

  • You agree to contact EXPO Exchange first to resolve any payment issues before initiating a chargeback.

6. Updates to this Policy

  • EXPO Exchange reserves the right to update or revise this Refund and Payment Policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
